anu po ba ang pwede maikaso sa tao kung pinabebenta cya alahas ni 3rd party. ung kakilala ko po kasi natakbuhan siya nung tao na pinagpasahan nya ng alhas.. makakasuhan po ba yung kakilala ko ng estafa worth 1Million ung value ng alahas. anu po pwede maging habol nung 3rd party dun sa kakilala ko and wala rin po available na means to pay wala po assets na pwede ibenta para mabyaran ung 3rd party na naghahabol sa kakilala ko.

sir nakita na po nung frend ko ung alahas naka sangla sa 3rd party na tao.. may pananagutan pa rin ba ung frend ko at makakasuhan ba ng anti fencing law ung kumuha ng alahas. makakasuhan pa rin ba ng swindling or estafa ung frend ko??
