Tanung ko po kc i have my sumpak at home for protection ko sa wife at dauther ko kc d2 sa amin madami mag nanakaw,
pag nakapatay ba ko ng magnanakaw sa amin using my sumpak anu po ang mga magiging kaso ko? wala po ako criminal background at phycological prob. at my inborn deficiancy po ako

having the sumpak by itself is already the crime of possession of firearms.

but if you kill someone with it, it will be your burden to prove it was in self defense.
