Sila po mismo ang ng issue. then po recently lang ng bobounce na checke na pinadala nila. tapos po eh sabi ngset sila ng meeting para sa amin para mg fill up ng form and maayos daw yung banking problem na naencounter nila. in our surprise entrapment na pala ginagwa nila after po mgsign kasi sa checke eh bigla pumasok nbi. bale sila po ang ngbigay ng checke.. wala naman mark money. attempted estafa po ang resolution sa amin. pero yung kano hinabol yung estafa case.. pero same lang naman yung laman ng kaso.. sinasabi po nila na niloko daw namin sila..wala po talaga gami ginagawa and clueless kami kung pano ba gumagana ang system nila..pano po ba iyon? may laban po ba kami gulong gulo na isip namin,, please help po..pede po niniyo try affiliates.date.com to have better idea.. need po talaga advise

let's be clear, you were arrested? are you out on bail? you say resolution, was the case referred to investigation?

when you made your banners, what website did you place them in? how do you explain that you were generating traffic to earn the commission?

how is the commission earned? per click on the banner or per actual sign up after the banner is clicked?

yes, we were arrested po.. kasi po as i was saying... 2 check na po ang ngbounce sa kanila.. then i recieved an email saying that ngkaron po sila ng bank problem dahil sa sobra laki ng cheke na pinapadala nila sa mga affliates. then nakipag ayos daw po sila sa isang e-commerce bank dito para masettle daw po ang banking issue. then ibibgay daw po nila yung previous payment sa form ng checke. then nung binigay na po samin yung checke, ngsign na po kami tsaka pumasok ang nbi and we are totally in shock.

ang alam ko po nggegenerate yung sale thru sign up po ng client using credit card. yung dating site po kasi may mga feature sila n pg free profile lang eh nde ka pede mgsend or makipag chat sa tao unless magsign up ka ng membership using credit card. bale 100usd ata iyon per membership. tapos po once ngsign up sila may commission kami n 35usd. nde din po talaga maexplain pano ngyayari yun ng wala po kami ginagawa...totally nde namin alam..

PAO lawyers are very good, but they never have enough time to give to a case. since you have your own counsel, you should discuss this with your lawyer.

they have to prove that you committed acts to induce them to pay you. I don't know what they may be unless I get to review the record. the way you state your facts shows you deny doing anything, and just was surprised to receive money from the program. if this is untrue, and you did do something deceitful and they are able to prove it, you will be convicted. if not, you will be acquitted.

yes, you can do all of that. as an accused, you will be given a lot of rights to defend yourself. but you cannot ask the court to look into the website, you will have to present it yourself.

Hi po, with regards sa credit card.. di ko po kasi alam.. kasi po seperate po yung affiliates program nila dun sa page ng mismong dating site. bale kami po ngsisign up lang sa affiliates.date.com and yung dating site mismo at www.date.com kung saan dun na po ngkakaron ng transaction using credit card yung mga member. nde ko na po kasi alam yung doon eh. basta ngyayari na lang po eh nggegenerate siya ng sales ng wala po kami ginagawa na pagpopost ng ads. yung din po yung question mark sakin eh..
