hello moderators,
1. How to prove a forgery (How to prove that a signature is forged) like how are we gonna do it with the NBI do we need a lawyer for that?
2. That said parcel of land was said sold by my grandmother to her sister (which we wont believe and reckon document is fake by forgery) land is undivided. their fake deed of sale is notarized but land is undivided.. can we take back our own share (grandmothers share)?
