Hello. I am working as a warranty support person in a communications company. The equipment mentioned has been legally imported into the Philippines. When defective, these eqipment are sent to abroad such as SG or MY for repair. When shipping the units back, we usually have delays in getting exemption certificates from DOF via broker such as DHL and Schenker. Please advise if there is available documents or circulars we can refer to. Thanks.
