My cousin works as an HR staff at a newly established contact center. She is not married but living in together with her partner and their 4 yr old daughter. Her partner was able to access all her email correspondence between her and a co worker who is a married guy with 2 kids. It concerns us because she has neglected her duty as a mother and we found out that the manager in that callcenter is covering her up.
I understand that her partner has no right to sue her for adultery because they are not legally married. On what grounds can we sue her in any way or can we file against a call center management which tolerates adultery amongst employees?
