Hi! Manghihingi lang po sana ng advice. May friend po ako while driving along mc arthur hiway bigla pong may huminto na jeep then nagsakay hindi po agad napansin ng friend ko kasi madilim yung lugar ang nagyari po inabot yung paa nung sumasakay so immediately po dinala sa ospital at ipinagamot nagkaroon po ng fracture yung paa so sa madaling sabi po nagamot at patuloy na ipinagagamot nung friend ko. At dahil nga po hindi naman sila pinapabayaan ng friend ko pinapapirma po ang naaksidente sa Affidavit of desistance pero ayaw po nila. Tapos halos hinaharass na nila ang friend ko at laging tinatakot na "dapat lang gawin mo lahat dahil ikaw ang may kasalan" kung hindi idedemanda ka namin." So dahil nga po sa ganitong pangyayari inihinto na po ng friend ko ang pakikipag communicate sa kabilang kampo... Baka naman po mabigyan nyo kami ng advice on what to do regarding this case. Ano po kaya ang pinaka maganda at legal na pwede nyang gawin para matahimik na po ang bawat panig.

Thank you for your reply. She did stop the communication only because, whenever they talk to her they keep on threatening her and shes already fed up. But she never stop supporting them like paying the doctors bill and buying medicine for them. But in case they file a case? What advice can you give.
