addendum - my company is asking me to sign a contract that stating that they are being released of any claims and i am being transferred to subsidiary company of them.
really need advise on what to do i have worked for more than 3 years.......please help

if your tenure in the previous company will not be recognized by the new company or there's no separation pay, it's not lawful
