may isang empleyado kami, store in charge siya, nagkaroon sya ng emergency kase may naninigil sa kanya, kumuha sya ng pera sa kaha. May dumating na auditor sa store, pero dahil alam nya na malalaman na may short sya sa kaha inunahan na lang nya na magsabi ng totoo at nangako sya na ibabalik ang pera sa araw ng payday at nagawa naman nya. Dahil sa awa, pumayag ang auditor at hindi gumawa ng ano man hakbang. In short nalaman din naman sa opisina makalipas ang 2 buwan. mismo ang auditor na rin ang nagreport dahil malimit na short ang kaha at ang nagrereklamo na ay ang mga casual cashiers. Ang payo ng counsel, wag tanggalin kase isinoli naman daw ang pera, pero para sa akin dapat lang na tanggalin sya dahil may written admittance naman. please comment! thanks

di ba sabi mo ngapayo na ang counsel. so, yun ang sundin ng may ari wala ka magagawa. bakit mo pa ico-contest di ka naman nawalan. simple admitance means repentance... ano pa ba ang gusto mo mangyari.. simply says na me galit ka siguro don sa cnsbi mong cashier kasi kahit pintawad xa o nakalusot xa di ka satisfy.. gusto mo xa mapatalsik, be terminated, humiliated.. wag ganon.. md lahat nagkamali ay masama...

honestly, wala naman akong personal na galit sa empleyado na involved but as HR-Policy Relations Officer, trabaho ko ang mag implement ng policies ng company. As a matter of fact, kung management lang ang masusunod gusto na talaga matanggal ang nasabi na empleyado pero dahil nga sa payo ng councel, hindi nagawa. Ang worry lang naman ng management what if maulit at gawin rin ng ibang empleyado at mai-compare ang naging hatol para sa nasabing store in -charge?

moderator

it is the management's prerogative on what to do with the erring employee even if there is sufficient evidence for termination. while i understand this may raise questions by the other employees, they cannot claim that any wrong was done by management.

if management gave him a second chance, maybe you should give him a break also. the counsel may also have seen something which led him to give such advice.
