Hi, ask ko lang kung anong pwede maging case kapag nagpost ka ng photo ng isang tao without their consent then posting on social site with a foul caption para sa isang student. Malalim ba itong kaso? May posibility ba na makick-out yung student. Please I nedd answers.

it depends on the picture and the caption. but i would agree there should be a sanction
