Hello guys!

Hope you legal guru's can shed some light.

I opened a company September of 2011. The company of course was created with a logo to identify itself but it was not trademarked.

It was only recently that I found out that a multinational company who is a competitor of mine recently started operations in the Philippines and we have a very similar logo! The multinational company has been in business for quite some time but I don't think they have a trademark for their logo either.

What would be the best way to protect myself and my company especially the logo which we conceptualized?

What is the worst case scenario that could happen?

Hope you can help!
