ask ko lang po, may utang po ako sa bank nung me negosyo ako,kaso nalugi po yung business,may natira pa po akong utang,ang problema ubos din po ang puhunan ko,sa ngayon wala pa akong mapagkukunan ng pambayad,anu po kay ang magandang gawin?binigay ko na po yung collateral ko,kaso hindi daw po yun sapat dun sa balance ko,anu po ba ang una?warrant or subpoena?thnx po

Makipagkasundo ka sa bangko kung paano at kailan mo mababayaran ang kaso mo. ung magdesisyon man ang bangko na mag-file ng kaso laban sa iyo, harapin mo ang kaso at sa tulong ng korte, subukan ninyo pa ding magkaroon ng settlement.
