I am a victim of illegal recruitment to work sa US.The agency offered a loan through a certain financial company and I issued checks. Pagdating dito sa US i was jobless for almost a year.The company filed BP22 against me and since andito ako sa US my comaker attended the court hearings. My case is still ongoing, my question is: Will I be arrested if i go back home or mahold ba ako sa airport pabalik sa US? Please help.

you can make an inquiry at the bureau of immigration if you are in the derogatory list
