Arresto Menor

My mother was adopted when she was 4 yrs old.
She uses her adopted parents surname since then.

There is an adoption paper but there is no CASE NUMBER.

We found out about this issue when she applied for Passport.

In her birth certificate, her surname was her ORIGINAL surname.

On my parents marriage contract, she uses ADOPTED parents' surname.

She was questioned because of this.

What are we going to do?
