hi.
we own an apartment with 16 units. we are now having a problem with tenants who own dogs because they let their pets loiter around the compound and they bark too much. there are also lots of children reside within the apartment and they are being disturbed by these unruly pets. is there any law that prohibited owning dogs in a residential area?
