Good Afternoon,
I just want to ask if how can i get a monthly support from my husband who is working in Saudi Arabia? I found out that he is living with another woman there & they already have a son. I'm the legal wife,,could i still get support from my husband even our children are not minor? What are the necessary steps that i should do to get a monthly support from my husband? Please help me. Thank you very much.

based on the experience with other forumers, try going to owwa. they may try to contact your husband in ksa.

after that file an economic violence charge at prosecutor's office.

Good Evening Atty,
Thank you very much for your advice. But my question is, is owwa will be the one to force my husband to support me?because,i don't want to argue with my husband anymore. And my other question is,,if my husband and his mistress got married in ksa,,is it considered legal? They are both converted as muslim there. Thank you very much for helping me. God bless !

no, they will only contact your husband and mention that you are filing a complaint. they cannot force him to do anything.

if he converted to islam well before his 2nd marriage, then it is legal.

But our marriage is not yet annulled here,,does it means that they can be considered as legal husband and wife if they come back here in the Philippines?,,even our marriage is not yet void? Thank you very much for your patience in answering my questions.
