hi everyone.i need help for my legal writing final exam.ireally dont have any idea about annulment pleadings.pls help me pass this subject,im a working student.
here's the problem:
Mr. X got married with Ms. Y on May 12, 1999...All requisites of a valid marriage was complied and it was solemnized by the Mayor of Cavite... On June 17,1999 Ms.Y was kidnapped by Kumander Bawang.. Negotiation was made for Y's release but it was futile....After a year Y was released by the kidnapper but she was already pregnant. Y went to X's sister and told her she wanted that their marriage be annulled,she explained further that she was constrained by the circumstance to accede with the carnal desire of the kidnapper to save her life and she is now living with the kidnapper...Thus, X approached u as his lawyer in order that his marriage with Y be annulled as he is now living with another woman.
A.Prepare necessary pleadings for annulment
B. Assume that Y failed to answer,being the judge make a decision.
