I have a question. Hope you can help me. I have a business partner she's my friend. Naginvest kami sa kanya pero wala kaming kasulatan about our relationship sa business. Then siya lang lahat ang kumikilos sa mga transaction. Total investment nmin is almost 300,000. Nagdedeliver kami ng goods then my delivery kami na she's claiming na hnd nadeliver ng maayos sa client. So she was saying that the client won't pay for it. But we discovered that she's lying. That the transaction was successful and the client pay full amount. Nabasa nmin mga text messages and online messages niya. Would those be considered as evidence? And ano po case ang pwede ifile?
