please, i need your help, annulled na parents ko. yung father ko nasa germany na, and inconsistent ang communication namin, and now, yung kapatid ng father ko, pinalalayas kami dito da bahay saying na hindi nanaman daw asawa ng kapatid nya father ko. so please help me what will i do now. thanks.

as a legal child you have all the rights sa property ng father mo kahit pa hiwalay na sila ng mother mo.

thank you po sa response, ganto po kasi yung story, yung family namin ang nakatira ngayun sa house ng lola ko, and this house is owned by allof the children na. yung sa father ko po, and sabi nga po ng tito ko n umalis na kmi pero naisip ko po, pano yung karapatan ko bilang anak? he's making decisions without considering us. so whatss the best thing i can do po? hindi naman po iyon dahil sa property kaya ko gsto mag stay dto sa house ng lola ko, but because i know i have the right, and parang binabalewala lng po yun
