ask ko lang po regarding sa kaso ng friend ko, if may kaso na qualified theft from his previous employer and he already received 2 subpoenas, lumipat sila ng apartment pero nagwowork pa rin po sya,
1. possible ba na malaman kung saan sya nagwowork at doon isend ang subpoena? how can they search for the person?
2. hanggang ilan po ang subpoena from the prosecutor before iforward sa judge ang kaso?
3. kapag may warrant of arrest na sya, pwede ba syang maarrest even at work?
