hi! i just want to ask, kasi fully paid na yung car loan ko, pero hindi ko makuha yung documents kasi my past due account ako sa credit card na same bank. Ano po ang pwede kong gawin para makuha ko yung documents ko, at para malessen yung outstanding balance ng credit card? thank you for your reply.
