dear sir/ma'm,
we've got a bit of problem in our commercial rent because of this hardheaded lessee(one who rents to us). Their contract will end this feb 10 but still they insist that they have the rights to extend the contract(renew it).
We as the owner dont like to renew the contract anymore, so my questions are:
- do they really have that rights to stay there? because they said to us that they are good payers and not causing trouble to us.
- do owners have the rights to decide whether to renew contracts or not?
- as owner do standing up a business in our com. appartment
can be a reason for not renewing the contract?
