Hi to everyone here, am a newbie po and I would like to seek an advice from our good lawyers here. Thank you po in advance.

I would just like to know if I can possibly sue someone who is out the country? And that her accusation against me 6 years ago of using her boyfriend's money can still be considered valid?

yes, you can sue. it will not prosper unless there is property here.

it depends on what you will be accused of and how much money
