hi atty,

pls advise what case can i file against my ex bf's wife who sent out an email to our company managers and to me containing my pictures with her husband and she editted it by adding very OFFENSIVE words referring to me.

libel is correct.

what case naman po can he file against me when i created an fb account using his name and uploading our pictures together then adding his friends?

didn't we answer that already a long time ago? also libel, but he has to prove you were the one who did it.
