attyLLL maraming salamat po sa response nyo eto po ung sagot nya "reason for putting in the desistance kasi naaawa daw po siya na makulong ung asawa nya and the reason for filing it again is to get support for her child" salamat po attyLLL at nakakatulong po kayo sa amin.

if non-support continued after the desistance, then it can be a new case. or if it was a provisional dismissal, then it can still be revived.

attyLLL anu daw po ung provisional dismissal kasi sya daw po mismo nagfile ng desistance para po madismissed ung kaso kasi ang reason nya lang po ay naaawa po siya na makulong ung wife nya ask nya po kasi kung pede po ba mareopen ung case kasi gusto nya po na magkaroon ng support ung anak nya duon po sa asawa nya, at kung maaari ay magkaroon nalang ng support ung anak nya at wag na po makulong ung asawa nya salamat po attyLLL pasensya na po kayo sa tanung.

she should visit the court and request to see the records. provisional means it can still be revived; unlike final dismissal which means it's closed forever.
