good pm atty.
ask lang po ako kung pwede bang magbail sa ibang court in regards sa ra9262 na case?for example po nakapending yung case sa paranaque, right now po nasa davao ako.pwede po ba ako magbail d2 and pagnagset na lang sila ng hearing dun me aappear?

no, you can do that only if you are detained in davao. otherwise you have to file it in paranaque.

good am atty,
my ex have decided not to pursue the case.what's the process and is it true that there would still be hearings even after my ex filed an affidavit of desistance?what would be the best reasons to put in the affidavit?

ra 9262 cases are not meant to be compromised. it will depend on the fiscal and the judge whether to continue the case. but if she does not appear, the case may be dismissed later.
