Arresto Menor

greetings!

i am working in a BPO company and our shifts are from 11pm-8am and 12am - 9 am only. our employer is obliging us to render overtime for 30 minutes during our lunch or meal break that will cause us we so-called short lunch.
Any employee may be required by the employer to perform overtime work in some other cases as stated in article 89.
but they are forcing us to render overtime during our meal time. is this possible or is this legal?
your response will be greatly appreciated. thank you.

IMO, that is legal if they are paying you for the whole hour, not just 30 mins.
