Ask ko lang poh,
ang marriage poh, pag walang marriage license valid or null?.

kAsi nung ikinasal kmi wala poh kami marriage license eh, kasi biglaan poh ung kasal namin.

pero my copy naman poh ng marriage contract sa NSO.

is there a marriage license no. indicated on the contract? if not, what reason is stated for no marriage license?

Hello Atty.,

Valid po ba ang marriage if ever officiated by a solemnizing officer pero hindi po namin parehas ng sect or religious group yung solemnizing officer? May nabasa po kasi na aside sa authorized ang solemnizing officer dapat either of the couple dapat parehas ng religious group or sect nung solemnizing officer. Valid po ba yun kahit magkakaiba kami? Just in case valid po pwede po ba na kahit saang venue kami ikasal?

hello po...... ask lang po paano mawawala ang record namin sa city hall ng Q.C.? kasi nakakuha ako ng record ng marriage contract namin dun sa QC City Hall.... pero wala sa NSO; nakakuha ako ng CENOMAR sa NSO..... valid kaya ang Marriage Contract sa City Hall ? wala po itong Licennse.

miss, in my opinion, it is still valid.

gov, non registration does not make the marriage invalid, but as long as it is not registered, it is presumed to not exist.

attourney.....gandang araw po; salamat sa reply; pero paano kaya mawawala ang record ng marriage contract namin sa Quezon City Hall; 11yrs na rin kaming hiwalay at may family nasya sa amerika; wala na akong balita sa kanya; nalaman kulang sa FB na may family nasya pero mula noon dkuna makita name nya sa FB; paano ba dapat kong gawin para mawala ang record namin sa QC? at saan kaya makakakuha ng murang abogado para d2; maliban sa PAO.

hi ask ko lang po balak po namin kumuha ng marriage license sa valenzuela city pero place ng married namin sa malabon city po ok lang po ganon gawin namin, sa valenzuela city kami kukuha ng marriage license o sa malabon city kami kukuha ng marriage license?

gov, IMO, you have to file a petition for declaration of nullity if there is a valid ground. if you risk getting married again, you can be charged with bigamy, if there is someone interested in filing a case against you.
