Arresto Menor

good morning atty.... i have an internet shop 100 meters away from elem. school and and secondary high school and colleges mostly my customer is not a children.. i never allowed kids using net during there class only i allowed them in break time during lunch only for 30 min-1hour use beyond tht no more then i kick them out when the class start at noon ...... someone harrast me and give me threat to file me a case if he see childrens playing or watching in my shop especially if he see his son inside...we exchange an agreesive words...his an arrogant an saying me he can arrest me anyway he slap on my face that his working in fire department in my place ... my question is can i file him an harrastment/or threatening me beyond the hours on duty? if he file me against my business what would it be also ? thank you and more power ahead!!

check with the local ordinances about internet shops. afaik, there is no national law on this.

slapping you in public is slander by deed. you can file a complaint at the bgy first
