Can a company ask for separate mediation schedule/s if complainants have different claims?

Parang if there are more than one complainant, may chance na ang claim nila is hindi naaayon sa kung ano lang dapat nila makuha. They may claim for other items dahil lang yung kasama nila is pwedeng mas malaki ang makuha.

If I may ask, should the request be made before the scheduled meeting or on the same day?
