They will endorse you to NLRC for the case proper. After your case is filed, the first part is a repeat of SENA mediation

Hello po ulit. Nka apat na kami na SENA at hindi po kami ngkasundo sa price. Don na daw po kami sa Arbiter na may two mandatory conference, parang SENA din po ba ang mangyayari kapag nasa arbiter na kami? Thanks a lot.
