I'd like to know if there's a violation when we were not paid in full while some did not get any salary in the last payout of 2011. Our payroll team said that there has been an over deduction in our tax annualization. I spent the new year with 3k in my atm. I had to pay bills like water bill which was already over due. I felt very disappointed because although the remaining salary was given on Jan 2, it was too late. As a tradition, we would like our new year to be bountiful and prosperous. Time is of the essence. Payroll disputes is already a recurring issue in our company. In fact, it's already a way of life here. But they should have spared new year.
