Hi, Is there any other way to find out if the annulment case filed by my husband was dismissed or still in court? I was told by my daughter that her dad said that our annulment case was dismissed, I want to find out if this is true or not and the reason for dismissal but I have no way of finding because I don't know the name of the solicitor though I have a copy of the initial application and the RTC Branch. I tried to locate it but no number is showing on the internet. Thank you.

resty, i use the term annulment to refer to both because it's lingua franca. please search grounds for annulment, and there is a thread where they are listed.

honeywell, that may take a visit to the RTC. When i don't know a court's phone number, i try to look up the IBP in that area, or the local govt website and make inquiries.

Good evening po ask ko lang po kung paano ko po malalaman kung totoong nasa OSG po yun descion of annulment ko? pwede po ba ako makahingi ng noticed na narecieved ng attorney ko from the OFFICE of the SOLICITOR GENERAL? mahigit one year na po yun annulment case and meron na pong descion pero wala pa rin yun finality ? gaano po ba katagal makuha yun finality ... thanks po
