Help Needed On Civil Matter

I found this forum looking for those with expertise in civil cases in Kentucky. My ex-girlfriend recently filed a complaint in court against me to which I have to respond in writing by 6/9/09. I have been unable to find representation due to being low-income and her having already hired the services of the local Legal Aid branch in our area (42141).

We bought a place with 2+ acres together which we got for the purpose of starting a gardening home business. After eight years together, she kicked me out. Now she wants the whole property to herself, as well as the $20,000 settlement we finally got from the Highway Department for a road widening which has been pending for the last several years.

I am in the process of writing up my counterclaim against her so that I can file it in time, but I have no one to advise or represent me, and I would hate to do it alone without that. If you are a law student, professor, or attorney with civil litigation experience that works pro bono or at reduced rates for individuals in my situation, I would appreciate your contacting me.

I will most likely have the final draft of my counterclaim done by this evening.
