Hi atty! I am working from my company for 6 years and 9 mos. and I really want to resign. Are companies required to give separation pay for employment of more than 5 years?
I am worried that they may not accept my resignation because I still have to pay some charges.
Thanks...

no, resignation does not give you any separation pay. you can still resign after 30 day notice and make an arrangement for the rest of your debt.
