hi just want to ask, pano po ba ang legal procedures nito? for example nagfile ako ng case i start from the brgy to get Certificate to File Action, then after getting it i will file it at the prosecutors office, upon filing it at the prosecutors office do i need a lawyer already? or not yet since mediation will still take place? and yung bang sinampahan ko ng kaso kelangan na din nya kumuha ng lawyer? or pano po ba yun? when po ba papasok ung pagkuha ng private lawyer to defend you?

if you feel confident in drafting your complaint affidavit and going through prelim investigation yourself, you won't need a lawyer. at the court, the prosecutor will be your lawyer.
