as part of my perks working for a big call center here in PH, is the conversion of any unused service incentive leave. this year, they are requiring us, or to be more precise, forcing us to use up almost all of the 20 days. in the past, i only use up 5 of the 20 days, leaving the 15 days for conversion to cash. 15 days is the maximum convertible per employee manual.

is this thing they're doing legal?
