Arresto Menor

Can my supervisor hold my clreance beacuse during my my last 2 days of work, i no longer went to the office. I have already submitted my resignation letter before hand and i dont have any pending obligations anymore but my supervisor does not want to sign my clreance since I was Awol during my last 2 days

unfortunately there's no law which requires a clearance. what you can do right now is to write a letter addressed to your HR and supervisor requesting for issuance of your docs and last pay.
