dear atty,

good day po.. hihingi lang po ako na payo sa inyo...meron po akong na tanggap na complaint affidavit from DOJ under RA9262 dated october 13 2011 pero ngayon ko lang na recieve december 14 2011.

ano po ang dapat kong gawin kasi po andito po ako sa ibang bansa?

follow up po atty,

dapat po ba magcocounter affidavit din ako sa DOJ? at kung ano ang susunod na hangbang na gagawin po ng complainant kasi po late ko na na recive ang complain at kung ilang days dapat ako mag counter.

last question po atty,

puwede ko bang sagutin yang complain sa lugar namin kasi po ayaw ko po pumunta dun sa lugar nila for security reason..

you can execute your counter affidavit and have it notarized at the philippine embassy then submitted to the prosecutor's office.

atty pano po atty kung di ako naka pag counter kasi po late ko na po na tanggap ang complain, ano po sapalagay nyo ang susunod na hangbang nila?

ma susubpoena po ba ako or warrant of arrest?

atorney kung na serve na ba ang warrant of arrest galing sa police station sa airport pa lang huhulihin na ako kasi di ako naka pagvail?

last question po attorney,kung sakaling naka uwi ako taposnag vail ako at pagkaka alam ko po attorney nasa abroad din po ang complainant ibig sabihin di ma close ang case unles mag file siya ng desistance at pa stamp sa philippine embassy kung asan man siya ngayon.

makaka pag abroad pa ba ako ulit attorney?
