hi sir, if may requirement na court clearance, at hindi na makakuha dahil yung case more than 20 years na, and wala na makuha records re. the case dahil binaha, pwede bang nbi clearance in place of the court clearance? gagamitin sa pag renew ng passport. thanks a lot and God bless
