[b] Hello po. I just would like to know how long will a court declaration takes and how much will it cost? I am soon to be divorced, a neutralized citizen of another country, not a Filipino citizen anymore...I just want to know the answers to my above query, pls.
And second question po, pls. If I re marry with out changing the names in the title of our properties (my soon to be ex husband and mine), what will happen pls. if I haven't sorted it out before and after my second marriage. Said properties are in the Philippines. My husband is still a Filipino citizen.
