Pano po ba mg file ng court declaration so as to have my divorce recognized there in the Philippines. Ano po yung mga requirements..
And secondly, can somebody process it for me while am here abroad so when I go home there sa Pinas, I can re marry after it has been sorted out? Am a Brit cit, not dual..
