Basketball court

Good Evening Sir/Madam.. meron po dito sa loob ng village namin na tinayong single na basketball court, the problem is puro dayo or hindi taga village nag naglalaro ang problem is grabe mag dumi at mag kalat ang mga naglalaro dito, maingay till mga 10 ng gabi not to mention nasa kanto sya ng house namin ( corner lot ). nag reklamo na kmi together with other residence involve sa barangay kaso we were decline about our concern ksi anak ng kapitana at ng first kagawad yung nag donate ng board at ring.. so we brought it up sa home owners association and they decided to remove it but we need to produce a petition letter to be submitted to the board or officers.. can you help us make a petition letter or provide us with a format for this kind of problem.. all home owners are willing and eager to sign specially to those who are affected with the said structure. maybe you could help us with our concern.. hope to get your feedback soon. thank you and god bless..
