just want to ask if marriage in hk is valid here in philippines? i just got married in hk this november with my husband, which is german national..in germany its already valid as long as there is an apostille stamp. but philippines is not a member of that apostille convention.do i need to bring our marriage cert to the nso? or dfa? hope you can help me with this. Smile

yes, it is valid. you need to have it authenticated at the embassy

atty. pano po yan..plano po namin ng bf ko na ikakasal pero ung kasal ko sa pinas.. hindi pa anul.. ma trace b nila na ikinasal ako dito if ever? at magsasampa ba ang gobyerno labas sakin? kung kaso lang po?i need ur help attn. thnkz

i don't know if they can trace it, but it may be considered illegal there
