i just read na the son of one politician is held abroad for valium possession, illegal ba to have valium in the house for example, i have a relative and a friend kc na alam ko nagtatake ng valium for health reasons, bawal ba ito eh gamot un dba, what about ung mga antidepressant like prozac or zoloft

there's a distinction between a regulated drug such as valium, and a prohibited substance such as cocaine.

possession of a regulated drug is allowed if in quantities for personal consumption and acquired under a valid doctor's prescription.
