Goodpm Atty, just want to ask if I can buy house & lot using my name and noting "paraphernal property"? or declaring single on the buyers information.

We are separated for almost 9 years and every time I applied for a bank loan he did not want to sign since I need his marital consent what can I do for me to apply for a bank loan without needing his signature?

thank you and hoping for your response. thank you.

Dear Atty, follow up question lang po. I read in this forum that you recommend that the name of the property would be registered in the name of the buyer. How can I name the property to me if I am not legally separated? is there a possible solution so I can name it to my name only without my husband name on the TCT? Can I ask the developer to note beside my name "paraphernal property" on the CTS?

thank you and really waiting for your response. God Bless!
