I'm writing here on behalf of my Fiance's Mother.
Here is Her case.
She was already separated from his Husband for almost 5 years. No cased has been filled, they living separately. She's an OFW thats why he cannot filled any legal action but she want to buy properties here in PH.

She was already separated from his Husband for almost 5 years. No cased has been filled, they living separately. She's an OFW thats why he cannot filled any legal action but she want to buy properties here in PH.
- The question is what legal action she MUST take before buying a properties so that the properties she's planning to buy will be separated from their conjugal properties?
- what is the best legal way to solve her problem? How about Annulment or Legal Separation?
- is Annulment/ Legal separation needed her personal appearance since she's out of the country?
