Can the BIR impose tax against voluntary contributions which are in excess of the minimum required contribution?? I need your insight here. Also read my article regarding the matter here: http://howard.uberdigests.info/2011/11/19/should-voluntary-sss-contributions-be-taxed/

Ung lingering question q eh, can the BIR validly impose such tax? Hnd ba kailangan ng positive act from the legislature?? Thanks in advance for your insights!
