The aforesaid resolution was approved at the regular Board of Governors meeting last May 22, 2008, in Naga City.

RESOLUTION NO. XVIII-2008-188

"RESOLVED, that effective the term 2009-2011, no member of the IBP shall be given a certificate of good standing, or an endorsement, either from the Chapter or from the National Office, if he has not attended the immediately preceding IBP Regional of IBP National Convention; provided that any request for exemption from this policy shall be referred to, and approved by the Board of Governors."
