I resigned jan11, effectivity should be feb10. boss issued show cause memo for an aug7 incident. aug7 incident was reported to top management sep12. in show cause memo, boss indicated that resignation is held in abeyance with the resolution. how long shall an employee wait? if i will not agree with resolution, does an employee have a right to make an appeal? until now am still reporting to office. boss had instructed me to turn over work to another employee. would appreciate your help.
